How to find Minutes, Agenda, & Relevant Documents. Once you have opened the calendar (see link above), hover your cursor over a calendar entry. A pop-up dialog will appear. Near the bottom of this dialog will be a link labeled Agenda. Click this link to get a new browser tab or window which contains sections for Agenda, Minutes, and also Agenda & Files which may contain additional relevant documents, mostly in PDF format.
Notes on Structure of the Meeting. Each meeting begins with up to 30 minutes of public comment, open to any resident of Manchester (each speaker limited to 3 minutes). See the Agenda (using the link & directions above) for more details.
Preceding Committee Meetings. The Board Meeting is typically preceded by several committee meetings. (The Board is divided into committees in order to work more efficiently.) These start as early as 5:00, then are followed by other committees in a rotating fashion every quarter hour until 7:00. Consult the calendar for details.
